The insurance administration department is responsible for administration of the traditional, occupational pension and the unit-linked retirement insurance.
We are responsible for the following:
management of the client data in databases;
administration of the client applications related to:
- termination and cancellation of insurance contracts;
- changes of insurance conditions;
- postpones of payment of the insurance;
- partial payments or payments of the surrender value;
- changes in the investment plans or in the investment structure of accumulated amounts;
- conclusion of insurance contracts;
- transfer of the accumulated capital.
