The insurance administration department is responsible for administration of the traditional, occupational pension and the unit-linked retirement insurance.


We are responsible for the following:


management of the client data in databases;

administration of the client applications related to:

  • termination and cancellation of insurance contracts;
  • changes of insurance conditions;
  • postpones of payment of the insurance;
  • partial payments or payments of the surrender value;
  • changes in the investment plans or in the investment structure of accumulated amounts;
  • conclusion of insurance contracts;
  • transfer of the accumulated capital.
