Department of human resources carries out several different types of tasks (analytical and administrative) that are related to the management of human resources.

 

The main responsibilities of the department are:

  • administration of personnel data in human resources management systems, ensuring the correctness of data (change and control of the information);
  • preparation and creation of various reports;
  • preparation of employment contracts and other documents related to the human resources procedures;
  • providing information for the employees of the Group;
  • responding to their inquiries related to the HR field, inner processes of the company and usage of the human resources management system;
  • administration of pensions of the employees;
  • providing the related information to the institutions and other departments of the Group.
